Twister Lolly socks
Twister Lolly pattern - slightly edited, once because I read the pattern wrong, and once because the stitch numbers didn't come out right. final number of stitches - 68 The pattern included a lacy twist to the left. When I did the second sock, I changed it to a lacy twist to the right.
socks for family
Knit Picks Hawthorne Speckle - the one for my granddaughter is ever-so-slightly more pink. These 2 photos were taken one after another, on the same chair, in the same location, with my (older) iPhone. The machine auto-adjusts the color somehow. I don't know why. The socks are slightly different. The chair fabric should remain the same. Is the camera trying to make the socks the same color? or Zoe and Lynnette
pink/teal socks for Zoe
This is KnitPicks Hawthorne, which I have used often, and love. However, this color rubs off on my fingers as I knit. I have a pair of socks I made for myself that still to this day continue to leak color when I wash them. I asked Zoe if she was willing to hand wash these - possibly forever. She said she would.
