I have been to several national parks:
Painted Desert and Petrified forest AZ
Glacier - MT
Denali AK
Acadia National Park -ME
Grand Canyon AZ
Crater Lake National Park CA
On our honeymoon we went to the Everglades in FL
Mesa Verde -CO
and some that are not called national parks:
Buffalo National River - AR
Great Salt Lake State Park -UT
John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - Fl keys
Dinosaur National Monument - UT
Redwood National and State Park -CA
Royal Gorge Bridge - CO
Garden of the Gods Park - National Natural Landmark
Niagara Falls State Park NY
I was there while the US side of the falls was turned off in 1969

But my favorite is Roaring River State Park, where my husband was Hatchery Manager for years. We lived there in the park.
Years ago we bought a National Parks passport that you were supposed to stamp in each visitor's center. I wish we hadn't lost it because by now I can't remember which parks we've been to -- I think by now it's most of the ones in the western United States. Carlsbad Caverns is probably my favorite, along with Arches and Canyonlands. Oh, and Dinosaur National Monument. (We've been to Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon so many times they're kind of lost their appeal.)
