pink/teal socks for Zoe

This is KnitPicks Hawthorne, which I have used often, and love.
However, this color rubs off on my fingers as I knit.
I have a pair of socks I made for myself that still to this day continue to leak color when I wash them.
I asked Zoe if she was willing to hand wash these - possibly forever. She said she would.
