socks for family

Knit Picks Hawthorne Speckle - the one for my granddaughter is ever-so-slightly more pink. These 2 photos were taken one after another, on the same chair, in the same location, with my (older) iPhone. The machine auto-adjusts the color somehow. I don't know why. The socks are slightly different. The chair fabric should remain the same. Is the camera trying to make the socks the same color?
